Editorial standards

Who writes this and how it is checked. This site is produced by an editorial team using a fixed, documented method: claims are drafted only after the underlying source (an FDA label, a Drugs@FDA record, a peer-reviewed trial report, or a trial registry entry) has been retrieved and read, and each numeric or medical claim about tirzepatide is stored in a public claims ledger with its source URL and an evidence grade. We do not list physician reviewers, because no external clinician has reviewed this content, and we will not invent one. If clinical review is added in the future, the reviewer's real name and role will appear here.

What counts as a source. Primary sources only: FDA prescribing labels (via openFDA), Drugs@FDA approval records, peer-reviewed journal reports indexed on PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov registry records, and FDA announcements. 'Trial participants' is the sum of the enrollment column of the monograph study table, counting each trial once (the 176-week SURMOUNT-1 extension is a subset of SURMOUNT-1 and is excluded from the sum). Both values are recomputed at build time; if they cannot be recomputed, they do not ship.

We do not publish testimonials or reviews, display trust badges we have not earned, invent reviewer names, or show member counts we cannot measure.
