Missed dose and injection day rules (FDA label)
| Rule | Label text |

| Missed dose | Inject as soon as possible within 4 days (96 hours) of the missed dose; after that, skip it and inject on the next scheduled day. |
| Minimum gap between doses | Never take two doses within 72 hours. |
| Changing the injection day | The weekly injection day may be changed as long as at least 3 days (72 hours) separate two doses. |
